Data Protection Notice (KVKK)
As Vizeyon Europe is based in Türkiye, the processing of your personal data is governed by Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). This notice explains, in English, how we handle your data under that law.
Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by Vizeyon Europe Vize Danışmanlık as the data controller, within the scope described below.
Personal Data We Process
As part of our Schengen visa consultancy service, we may process your full name, ID/passport number, contact details (phone, email, address), passport and travel document information, documents related to your travel purpose (accommodation, transport, bank statements, employment documents), and any other information you share with us during pre-assessment or via WhatsApp.
Purposes of Processing
We process your data to carry out pre-assessment and risk analysis, manage your Schengen visa application process, coordinate appointments and follow-up with application centres and consulates, provide you with consultancy services, handle requests and complaints, and fulfil our legal obligations.
Transfers
To the extent necessary to perform our services, your data may be shared with the relevant consulate or embassy, authorised visa application centres (such as iDATA, TLScontact, VFS Global, or BLS International), and legally authorised public bodies. We do not share your data with other third parties except with your explicit consent or as required by law.
Collection Method and Legal Basis
We collect your data through our website, pre-assessment form, WhatsApp, email, and phone, based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, including performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and explicit consent.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, request that these actions be notified to third parties, object to a result arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
